About

Welcome to Fantasy Hockey 365, where the hockey season never ends. The idea to create a website for our fantasy league came in May 2012 when the Yahoo site our league was based out of closed for summer, yet we still had business to attend to. From here we expanded the site to not only include our teams and transactions, but also our history as well as areas for others to comment on both our league, their league and other hockey related topics.

Along the top of the site, you can navigate through our site: seeing the history of franchises, yearly entry drafts, and the ups and downs of each season.  In addition to the pages, we often have posts of the latest things happening within our league.  Our league consists of 6 General Managers: Shawyun, Shamim, Donesh, Dustin, Bradley and Naveed.

Donesh is the commissioner of the league and is currently the winningest general manager in the league’s history.  Bradley is the Deputy Commissioner and winner of the 2012-13 Hoover Bowl Championship.  Mark was the 2011-12 Champion – the first winner in the expansion era. He was replaced as GM in the 2014-15 season by Armin, who was then replaced by Dustin in 2016-17. Shawyun remains the only winner when the league held 4 teams.  In total Donesh has won three times, Shawyun twice, while Mark, Brad and Naveed have each claimed the Hoover Bowl once. While Shawyun raised the Hoover in the 2010-11 season, he also sat on the Naveed Trophy the following year.  The Naveed Trophy is the accomplishment for not accomplishing anything that season; that is, it is awarded to the person who finishes last place.  In the 2010-11 season, Naveed finished last, thus the trophy and its name were born.  Shamim and Naveed have each received the Naveed Trophy three times, while Shawyun is the only other “winner” with two.
