The boys made it in to Toon town yesterday. The five hour drive from Edmonton was slower for others, but GM Matsuba thought “the drive flew by” – this likely being attributed to the shotgun position he was entitled to through Hoover victory.
GM Refahi was under the weather for the week leading up to May long; however, with a steak sandwich and pampering in the Hoover Champs room, he seems to be on the up swing.
